New publication: FungiNetDB released
With the participation of BioControl Jena, the bioinformatics web platform FungiNetDB has been published in the journal microLife. The platform organizes RNA sequencing data related to fungal pathogenicity in a PostgreSQL database and provides an overview of data on pathogenic fungi published by the FungiNet consortium and beyond.
