Optimization
     Technologies
Bacillus subtilis, a bacterium used for the production of enzymes and vitamins.
Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a yeast widely used in food and beer production.
Diatoms, algae used for the environmental monitoring of rivers and lakes.
Human erythrocytes, specialized blood cells.

Approach:

BioControl usually approaches problems related to bioprocess optimization in three major steps:

  1. Identification of Optimization Objectives
  2. Bioprocess Analysis
  3. Bioprocess Optimization

In order to identify the particular optimization objectives of our customers we usually have a round of discussions with them at the very beginning of a bioprocess optimization.

Based on the identified objectives, a profound analysis of the particular bioprocess will be carried out using our intelligent methods for data analysis and a broader analysis of the process as a whole covering for instance process stabilization, quality assurance and cost management.

Based on the results of this analysis, we will then carry out a tailor-made bioprocess optimization with respect to the identified objectives again employing our adapted intelligent methods which will provide detailed strategies for an optimized running of the particular bioprocess.
